 Archer Park Station and Steam Tram Museum

Initiated by Rockhampton City Council the Archer Park Station, built in 1899, has been carefully renovated to house the only remaining Purrey Steam Train.  Together they form a museum.

12 life size figures to stand on the stations platform 'frozen in time' in different eras.  The figures compliment a soundscape of steam trains arriving at the platform.
